After long fermentation and decanting in steel, elevated 3 years in French oak and subsequently fined again another year in steel, it is still remarkably fresh and needing some more years of life to reach full rounding of tannins. Today its full character appears in the glass after 2 hours of decanting, with its intense plum and pepper nose and its body still young for its long ageing.
