You know, real ELEGANCE is like the little black dress, and never goes out of style. Our Sauvignon 2015 applies this commandment perfectly: he knows when much becomes too much, and has a natural sense for elegance.

Balance is Elegant: the right amount of  fine perfumes is essential. Our Sauvignon surprises first with a rich and multi-layered bouquet of fine peaches, tropical fruits, pineapples.  And after a while surprises again with green pepper, grapefruits and sage. And finally, after resting for a while in the glass and making friends with oxygen, mint emerges.

A dry , medium-bodied and soft, rounded wine.  Made with a remarkable percentage of the french clone called “297”, his appeal always wins in the long run: delicate, elegant, balanced, complex, intense.  The perfect companion to grilled fish, spicy dishes and parmesan cheese.
