In summer there’s always a lot going on. Especially along the cycling tracks that cross the Friulian plain.

Some days ago, a group of very athletic hungarian wine friends 🙂 visited us with their bikes, taking a break during a long cycling day with perfect weather: they were very attentive and the tasting of four wines was therefore very interesting. We also discussed about “tokay and tocai politics” and then decided to make wine, not war.

They asked to taste some grapes, just to have the complete picture of the Merlot Bianco, from the grape to the glass. So this ended up being a VERY COMPLETE tasting, a tasting which can rarely be held and enjoyed. Merlot Bianco from the grape to the glass!!
