Pinot Grigio from Foffani, produced in Friuli
Pinot Grigio Superiore ia a wine full of nuances that make it suited to every occasion and all light dishes. You can enjoy it as an aperitif. Drink it through with most of first courses and continue with light meets or fish, salads and cheeses. Our Pinot Grigio is classified as Superiore, with quality assured by low yields in the vineyards.
Its light yellow colour has also a tiny reflection of copper coming from 3 hours of maceration of the skins before pressing. With its bouquet of flowers, apples an pears and bread crust and a dry harmonic body with a well balanced acidity, it can well be matched with food, fitting to many different situations 
Foffani Pinot Grigio is ” hand made” in our small winery located in Friuli ( 100 Km East of Venice ). It is a land with premium quality as compared to the larger Veneto nearby. Premium quality also assured thanks to wine making with grapes strictly from our own vineyards.
A light maceration of skins gives to this wine an extra gear to stand well above our competition.
